Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm System Inspector with Colorado Springs and Denver licenses and 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing fire alarm systems in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring that they meet local and national codes and regulations. The candidate must have knowledge of NFPA codes and standards, be able to read and interpret blueprints, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems in commercial and residential buildings.

Identify and report any deficiencies or issues with fire alarm systems to clients.

Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or upgrades to fire alarm systems.

Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all inspections and testing performed.

Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in fire alarm system inspection.

Colorado Springs and Denver licenses are preferred.

Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must have a valid driver's license.
